Technical Skills

You’ll be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin and at least 2 years’ post-registration experience. A background in community nursing is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to work independently, adapt to a variety of clinical situations, and build strong relationships with patients and their families. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel.



Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in the community
  • Support patients with treatments such as IV medication, injections, phlebotomy, cannulation, technical equipment setup, and dialysis (full training given)
  • Carry out patient assessments and provide tailored education on treatment and self-medication
  • Accurately document care to support real-time clinical records
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, NHS stakeholders and your wider support team
  • Act as an ambassador for quality, safe care, ensuring compliance with professional and clinical standards
