We are seeking a Shift Electrician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working a rotating shift pattern:
Days: 6am–6pm
Nights: 6pm–6am

Experience
A manufacturing background (preferred).
A recognised apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
Experience with automation control systems, including maintenance and replacement of motors, inverter drives, and contactors.
17th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations certification.
Fault-finding expertise.
PLC programming skills, particularly Siemens S5 and S7 (desirable but not essential).
Basic computer proficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery used in the manufacture of building products
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
- Working across various plant equipment on-site, addressing both planned and reactive maintenance needs
- Accurately recording maintenance activities within the site CMMS system
- Operating in a largely self-directed capacity while maintaining clear communication and teamwork
