We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team, specialising in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of security systems across the Midlands. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities, particularly when working with equipment from multiple manufacturers.
As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our clients’ security systems. This position is reactive in nature, requiring regular client site visits and on-call support for urgent system failures.
Experience
Proven experience in fault-finding and troubleshooting security systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to system maintenance.
Experience working with a variety of security system manufacturers.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring professional client interactions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
A valid UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of client visits.
Job Responsibilities
