QA/QC Manager / QA/QC Supervisor – MV Installations6-Month Contract

Amplifi Talent is exclusively supporting a specialist electrical infrastructure contractor in appointing an experienced QA/QC Manager or QA/QC Supervisor for a major international power project.

This opportunity will suit a quality-driven professional with strong medium voltage (MV) installation and termination experience, ideally gained within critical power, industrial or large-scale infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect MV cable installations and terminations to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Implement and manage QA/QC procedures, inspections, ITPs and associated documentation.
• Liaise with site leadership teams, subcontractors and client-side quality representatives.
• Record, track and report on quality performance, inspections and non-conformances.
• Support delivery teams in maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Required

• Proven QA/QC management or supervisory experience within electrical infrastructure, power or industrial projects.
• Strong technical background in medium voltage (MV) systems.
• Experience within large-scale or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
• Ability to work away from home for the duration of the contract.
• Strong organisational, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
