Job Summary
The successful candidate will need to have experience in residential conveyancing in the Isle of Man and have the ability to run their own caseload with minimal assistance.
The position enjoys support with an experienced search clerk and dedicated conveyancing administrative assistant who are both shared with other fee earners.
The ideal candidate will either be legally qualified or with experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, advising on mortgages, preparing vesting assents, undertaking the relevant work required to submit applications for first registrations and other ancillary conveyancing matters, and have the ability to handle a busy and varied caseload.
