We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our clients team in London.

In this role, you will own paid social strategy and execution across our portfolio of affiliate and comparison site brands, driving traffic, improving performance and delivering commercial growth in a highly regulated vertical. You will plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, X, Telegram and emerging platforms, taking responsibility for creative testing, audience strategy, bid management and budget pacing against ROAS and ROI targets across multiple markets. You will manage the certification and whitelisting processes needed to run compliant campaigns, stay ahead of each platform’s evolving advertising policies, and build retargeting audiences using CRM and first-party data where compliant. Working closely with our Affiliate Network and CRM teams, you will run structured A/B tests on creative, copy and landing pages, and use AI tools to speed up production and testing cycles.

To succeed, you will bring at least three years’ hands-on paid social experience, including in-house experience at an affiliate business and a track record running campaigns for affiliate or comparison sites. You will also have worked in a regulated or high-compliance vertical such as gambling, sports betting or crypto, with direct experience of certification and whitelisting. Strong skills across Meta, Snapchat, X, Reddit and/or Telegram, confident budget management across brands and markets, and the analytical ability to turn campaign data into clear optimisation decisions are essential, as is being able to work from our London office. Exposure to affiliate network management or CRM alongside paid social is a plus, as is experience in the regulated US sports betting and casino markets.
