Our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join its AML compliance team, supporting the day-to-day operation of the framework and reporting to the Head of Compliance. The role covers the full client due diligence lifecycle, from onboarding and CDD/EDD reviews for high-net-worth individuals, complex corporate structures and trusts, through to sanctions and PEP/CEP screening, negative media checks, and ongoing client risk assessments and periodic reviews. You'll manage the take-on process end to end, liaising with clients, introducers and management, maintaining accurate records and audit trails, and escalating any unusual activity to the MLRO, all while ensuring compliance with the Isle of Man AML/CFT Code and IOM FSA Handbooks. They are looking for someone with previous TCSP, CSP or regulated financial services experience, a solid understanding of AML/CFT/PF requirements and trust and corporate structures, and excellent organisational skills with real attention to detail.
