We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Douglas office and oversee the company’s financial operations. The successful candidate will manage accounting functions, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, collections, banking relationships, and a finance team, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and maintaining effective internal controls. You will also liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers, and help drive improvements to financial systems and processes. Applicants should hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, possess strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge, and be confident using accounting software and Excel. Experience in the digital marketing, media, or iGaming sectors is desirable.
