A leading international trading and logistics company is looking for a senior finance leader to take full ownership of its accounting and control function on the Isle of Man. This is a high-impact role for a technically sharp, commercially minded professional ready to drive rigour and strategic oversight across a fast-moving, multinational business.You'll hold a recognised professional qualification — ACA, CA (SA), or US CPA — the clear benchmark for this role. ACCA or CIMA candidates will be considered only with an exceptional, proven track record that matches this level of seniority and complexity. With 8 to 12 years of progressive post-qualification experience, you'll have led an accounting or control function end-to-end within a multinational environment. Strong US GAAP expertise is a must, including consolidated financial statement preparation, backed by solid SOX knowledge and hands-on experience managing external and internal audits. Futures and FX accounting experience is essential, as is fluency in English and a track record of building and leading finance teams across multiple locations. You'll also bring strong ERP skills in a multi-entity, multi-currency setting.
