The successful candidate will take ownership of planned preventative maintenance, machinery reliability, contractor management, compliance and engineering projects across the production facility.
This is a hands-on role, ideally suited to someone with a strong mechanical maintenance background who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You should have experience developing and managing planned preventative maintenance programmes, along with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working safely within regulated manufacturing environments.
The ability to manage contractors and support site improvement projects is also important, and you should hold engineering qualifications such as an HND, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent.
