The right person will be able to run residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, will take pride in moving matters forward proactively rather than waiting to be chased, and will believe a client should never have to ask what's happening; they'll want to be trained and developed properly, not left to sink or swim, and will be tired of "that's how it's always been done" — this role won't suit someone who waits for clients to chase before updating them, who's comfortable letting matters drift, who sees conveyancing as processing rather than service, or who wants to clock in, clear files, and clock out. Day to day, you'll be running a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, fixed-fee, start to finish, keeping every client informed through proactive contact with no chasing required, keeping files clean, current, and compliant with KYC and AML on every matter, and helping us prove conveyancing can be done faster and better.
