This is a practical, hands-on finance leadership role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and stability to growing businesses.You will oversee the day-to-day finance operation, ensure deadlines are met, mentor junior team members, improve processes, and prepare reliable financial reporting for the directors.You will also take ownership of year-end preparation, financial submissions, tax payment coordination, and cash flow reporting while managing relationships with our external accountants and advisors.You must be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end, and year-end preparation where required.A strong working knowledge of Xero is essential, as this is the core accounting platform used across the business.
