Based on the Isle of Man, we're looking for a talented UC Engineer to join our Professional Services team and help drive digital transformation for our enterprise customers.
You'll be implementing and supporting cutting-edge unified communications solutions — think Microsoft Teams Voice, Mitel, SIP/VoIP, Session Border Controllers and Operator Connect.
**What you'll be doing:**• Implementing and supporting UC solutions for enterprise clients• Acting as technical point of contact on key projects• Advising customers on governance, stability and technology evolution• Contributing to an out-of-hours on-call rota
**What we're looking for:**• 3–7 years' experience in a similar UC/telephony role• Strong SIP and VoIP knowledge• Experience with Mitel, Ribbon SBC or Microsoft Teams voice products• One or more relevant certifications (MS-700, AZ-900, SSCA, Mitel CA etc.)• A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
