Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
Manage the front desk area and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and presentable
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from clients andvisitors.
Provide general administrative support to the office, including arranging meetings, handlingcorrespondence, disbursements and logging of incoming cheques
Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries as well as managing outgoing mail andcourier services
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed
Arranging director’s lunches

Essential skills:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities• Professional appearance and attitude• Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in accordance with GDPRregulations
Knowledge and qualifications:• 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade C minimum• Full, clean driving licence essential• Previous experience in a customer facing role• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
