This role offers a stimulating and rewarding position for the right candidate, to lead the supervision of the Island’s life insurance sector and foster effective working relationships with the life industry.

Extensive relevant life insurance, or similar senior financial services experience in an operational, regulatory, compliance, assurance, risk or audit role, as well as experience in people management and leadership are essential.

The successful candidate should hold a professional qualification relevant to the financial services industry and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the life insurance sector and associated legislation, regulation and guidance. Strong analytical skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to quickly and accurately assimilate and present information are also essential.
