Job Summary
Customer Provisioning Agent in either Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man on a temporary basis until 31 December 2025, working 37.5 hours per week.

Excellent customer focus, empathy and experience of working in a customer facing role
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in regards to using appropriate levels of communication to our varied customer base.
Ability to produce accurate, good quality work.
Demonstrate an interest in current and future technology and an appreciation of the telecommunications market and it’s customers.
To drive the role forward, the individual will ensure a great customer experience is delivered for consumers and business mobile customers for the life cycle of their service order with Sure. This includes service Provisioning for a wide range of customer services including fixed line, broadband and fibre (Retail and wholesale), wholesale WLR and support with business mobile requests and well as handling any enquiries relating to these requests.
