Job Summary
Due to our clients continued success and growth over the last 15 years, they are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager (Isle of Man-based) to join their team in Douglas. This role will focus on identifying and supporting innovative, emerging, and established Isle of Man businesses looking to raise capital for growth and development.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for following up on pre-qualified international leads using a structured, multi-channel approach to engage and nurture prospects. The ultimate aim is to attract high-net-worth investors from across the globe to invest in vetted Isle of Man innovator businesses, promoting growth, job creation, and business development on the island.
The role will involve:
Identify and support innovative and established IOM businesses seeking capital
Follow up on pre-qualified international leads using a structured, multi-channel approach
Build relationships with high-net-worth investors globally
Help drive investment into Isle of Man businesses to support job creation and growth
This is a hybrid role with both remote and in-office work.
Experience
A driven, motivated individual with 3+ years of B2B sales success
Proven experience building a successful sales territory, ideally in finance, insurance, property, immigration, or other people-focused industries
A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and deliver results
