Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to provide a point of contact for support, administration assistance and general relationship management to financial advisers and sales force. The main responsibilities of the role holder will include: • Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti- Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes. • Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines & procedures. • Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information • Client set up and ongoing servicing on the Customer Relations Management system and the in-house Platform, including web support • Applying incoming funds and processing withdrawals/surrenders, data capture and recording management information data • Provide support and assistance to the Sales Team and financial advisers on processes and operational procedures • To work with other departments in executing corporate projects and plans and contribute to the continuous development programme to automate online processes and enhance the platform for users. Experience
