We’re looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic analytics team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, creating visually compelling dashboards, and leading BI initiatives to empower stakeholders across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Statistics / Data Analytics or a related field , Ideally experience working within a financial services environment, 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or a similar analytics role , Excellent SQL server / T-SQL knowledge, Database Design /Management / Data Integrity & Data Cleansing, Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes, Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Microsoft Fabric /PowerBI and Azure data services , Experience in developing and managing data pipelines and dataflows using Microsoft Fabric , Experience in working with Notebooks (PySpark SQL etc.) for data transformations and analysis , Experience in data analysis and capable of troubleshooting issue using data lineage , Knowledge in data modelling and related tools , Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing data challenges , Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders , Dynamic 365 Business Central knowledge would be advantageous ,
