Job Summary
As a Member Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to players, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about gaming and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve efficiently. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
The role is on a shift rota between 08.00am to 23.00pm on a 7-hour basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
