In this senior role, you’ll work closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and Senior Venue Managers, ensuring the group’s financial operations are robust, compliant, and support operational decision-making at pace.

Experience
- 5–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and overseeing complex financial operations.
- Strong technical accounting expertise and working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Previous experience managing finance teams and mentoring staff.
- Exposure to hospitality, retail, or service-based industries is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s finance operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger functions.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and ensure operational liquidity.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard financial assets.
- Partner with the Executive Team to create financial strategies, forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, tax lodgements (BAS, PAYG, FBT), and statutory compliance.
- Drive commercial initiatives, including tendering and cost-saving programs across the group.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team aligned with organisational values.
