Ai Talent Consultancy (AiC) is proud to be partnering with Crown, a world-renowned leader in premium experiences, to recruit a Revenue Manager – East Coast, based in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and commercially focused team where you'll drive pricing strategy, market analysis, and revenue optimisation across multiple iconic Crown properties. Reporting to the Group Director of Revenue & Distribution, you'll play a key role in shaping the revenue landscape of a $300M hotel portfolio across both Melbourne and Sydney.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years in a revenue management role within hospitality or a similar commercial environment
Extensive experience in data analytics, profiling, and report generation
Demonstrated ability to manage pricing strategy and yield optimisation
Experience using systems such as IDeaS, Opera, Agency 360, Demand 360, and Visions preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with GMs/EGMs and sales teams to develop pricing strategies and business plans
- Lead and support hotel revenue forecasting for Crown Towers, Crown Metropol, and Crown Promenade (Melbourne and Sydney)
- Optimise distribution channels and manage channel mix to maximise occupancy and ADR
- Analyse business trends and prepare strategic reports to drive insights and recommendations
- Maintain data accuracy and cleanliness across revenue systems
- Conduct regular yield meetings and implement pricing adjustments based on market intelligence
- Support promotional activity with Gaming and VIP Services teams
- Provide system training and ongoing support for IDeaS users in Sydney and Melbourne
