About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, this role is critical in providing high-quality financial analysis and strategic insights that drive decision-making across the business. You will be a trusted business partner, delivering financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis to support business performance.
This is not an aviation-specific role – we welcome candidates with experience in financial services, banking, or other corporate industries who bring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and financial expertise.
Experience
About You
Degree-qualified in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong stakeholder management experience – you can engage, influence, and challenge senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
Proven experience in financial analysis, business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance teams.
Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset and problem-solving approach.
Advanced Excel and analytical/BI tool experience (Power BI preferred).
Experience in financial services, corporate, or commercial industries is highly valued – aviation experience is not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring financial insights drive strategic decisions.
- Provide regular financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop financial strategies, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and continuous improvement in financial processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial models and decision-support tools.
- Identify key performance gaps and collaborate with business owners to drive cost reductions and improve efficiencies.
