Experience
Our client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Development Executive to join their team and help grow their market presence. In this role, you will identify and build meaningful relationships with critical-power customers, including electrical, distributors, engineers, and end-users. You will promote and sell our client's products and solutions by adding value to the customers' business strategies, responding quickly and accurately, owning the process, and discussing technical solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring a balance of onsite, hybrid, and offsite field interactions with clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and nurture strategic relationships with customers in the critical power industry.
- Promote and sell products and solution offerings to new and existing customers.
- Understand customer goals and challenges to position the client as a value-added partner in their success.
- Engage with key decision-makers (project managers, engineers, buyers, and executives) to drive business development.
- Own the full sales cycle: initial outreach, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal development, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to discuss and deliver tailored solutions to client challenges.
- Provide timely, accurate, and proactive communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
