We are currently working with an innovative and rapidly growing company in the advanced materials sector that is looking to appoint a Senior B2B Account Executive to help drive their continued commercial growth.


Our client has developed proprietary plastic compounds that deliver exceptional strength and durability, particularly within bin liners and carrier bags, while supporting a more sustainable approach to materials and waste management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that blends innovation, sustainability, and ambitious sales growth.


The Role

As a Senior B2B Account Executive, you will focus on developing and winning new strategic business, targeting a range of sectors including:


  • Grocery and retail chains
  • National and regional distributors
  • Municipalities and public sector waste authorities
  • Schools, military, and institutional procurement organisations


You will play a key role in building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and closing high-value commercial opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account acquisition
  • Track record of closing mid to large commercial contracts
  • Experience engaging with retail buyers or public sector procurement teams
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, new business-focused (“hunter”) mindset
  • Ability to manage and grow a structured sales pipeline


Experience within packaging, materials, or sustainability products would be beneficial but is not essential.
