Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE)

Hours: Mon–Sat 10am–6pm | Sun 11am–5pm

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our vibrant Kings Road store, you’ll bring energy, positivity, and a genuine love for helping people. Your natural communication skills and calm, empathetic approach will help you build strong relationships with customers who care about sustainability as much as you do.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service
• Building a deep understanding of our brand, mission, and product range
• Guiding customers with informed, thoughtful product recommendations
• Managing sales, returns, and deliveries with accuracy and professionalism
• Handling sensitive customer issues with tact, confidence, and maturity
• Maintaining an organised, welcoming, and inspiring shop floor
