Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the Deputy to the Head of Operations, leading day-to-day operations.
  • Take full ownership of operational execution, service delivery, and performance KPIs.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 30+ operational staff.
  • Manage and retain high-value UK and international customer accounts.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for service, performance, and client issues.
  • Analyse machine uptime, service data, and fault trends to drive improvement.
  • Produce and present executive-level operational and performance reports.
  • Oversee installations, removals, upgrades, and machine rotations.
  • Conduct site audits to ensure H&S, technical, and presentation standards.
  • Provide senior operational cover during weekends and peak periods.


Skills & Experience Required:


  • Strong leadership and people management experience.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or service management systems.
  • 7+ years of account management experience in Family Entertainment Centres (FECs).
  • Previous experience as an Arcade Engineer.


While exceptional candidates from across the UK will be considered, those based in the Midlands are preferred.
