Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Deputy to the Head of Operations, leading day-to-day operations.
- Take full ownership of operational execution, service delivery, and performance KPIs.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 30+ operational staff.
- Manage and retain high-value UK and international customer accounts.
- Act as the senior escalation point for service, performance, and client issues.
- Analyse machine uptime, service data, and fault trends to drive improvement.
- Produce and present executive-level operational and performance reports.
- Oversee installations, removals, upgrades, and machine rotations.
- Conduct site audits to ensure H&S, technical, and presentation standards.
- Provide senior operational cover during weekends and peak periods.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Demonstrable analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management systems.
- 7+ years of account management experience in Family Entertainment Centres (FECs).
- Previous experience as an Arcade Engineer.
While exceptional candidates from across the UK will be considered, those based in the Midlands are preferred.
