Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for account management and a passion for the arcade and family entertainment centre (FEC) industry? This role as a Regional Account Manager for the South UK could be your next career milestone.


The role demands an individual with substantial experience in the arcade/FEC industry and a proven track record in account management. Strong data analysis and report writing skills are essential, as is the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. The position is autonomous, requiring extensive travel across the UK, and involves supporting engineers with installations and removals, so physical fitness is a must. Ideally, candidates will hold an IOSH qualification.


Customer retention and satisfaction are at the heart of this role, and you will be expected to work one in four weekends on a 'watching brief' to escalate any issues that arise.
