Role Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain client relationships through telesales, social media, trade events, and networking. - Offer a range of finance solutions, including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance. - Analyse financial requirements and key documentation to understand clients’ needs fully. - Draft compelling proposal documents and applications. - Research and evaluate prospects before engagement. - Maintain high standards of professional conduct in all communications. - Stay vigilant against fraud and money laundering, reporting any concerns promptly. - Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all dealings. - Share expertise and best practices to support other Account Managers and the wider team. Candidate Profile: - Proven background in the finance sector, ideally as a Finance Broker or intermediary. - Proactive and dedicated, with a strong desire to thrive in a growing team. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Committed to continuous personal development and professional conduct. Working Hours: - Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is ready to take on a new challenge and contribute to a rapidly growing company.
