Key Responsibilities - Lead, motivate, and support a cohort of Account Executives to deliver high performance. - Optimise and deliver onboarding training to new Account Executives and contribute to the ongoing training and development of the wider sales team. - Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, providing regular coaching and feedback. - Drive the development and execution of effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Enhance recruitment activities and interview prospective Account Executives as part of the hiring process to scale your team. - Monitor pipeline activity and ensure effective lead conversion and customer engagement. - Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning. - Represent our client at industry events and networking opportunities when required. Skills and Experience Required - Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role, ideally within financial services or B2B sectors, with a key emphasis on outbound telesales management. - Strong track record of driving sales team success and meeting or exceeding targets. - Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen. - Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools.
