CRM & Database Marketing Executive

A growing marketing team is seeking a CRM & Database Marketing Executive to support a wide range of creative and data‑driven activity. This role blends campaign delivery, website and social media support, and CRM/database management across multiple consumer brands. You will play a key part in delivering engaging marketing activity while ensuring customer data is accurate, compliant and effectively utilised.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data quality, cleansing and CRM administration
- Prepare customer data sets and produce regular reports
- Support email, SMS, digital and web‑based campaigns
- Assist with website updates, content creation and social media activity
- Contribute to promotions, events and day‑to‑day marketing tasks
- Handle customer data queries and support internal stakeholders
About You
- Experience in marketing, CRM or data‑focused roles
- Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable balancing creative work with administrative duties
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel when required
Desirable Skills
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms or CMS tools
- Understanding of social media, digital content or analytics platforms
- Background in automotive, motorcycle or retail environments
