We are seeking experienced Car Sales Executives to join a busy and dynamic team. This role offers strong opportunities for career development within a multi-franchise dealership environment.


Main Purpose of the Role

  • Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles, accessories, financial products and extended warranties, operating within defined guidelines.
  • Prospect for new and used car sales.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve related bonus targets.
  • Contribute to planning, policies and processes that support efficient and timely completion of sales activities.


<span class="ql-cursor"></span>Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations covering customer greeting, qualification, objection handling, product demonstrations, closing and vehicle handover, as well as finance and accessory sales.
  • Qualify and refer customers to the Business Manager where appropriate.
  • Follow a structured daily, weekly and monthly follow‑up programme to support repeat business and new opportunities.
  • Support strong customer retention through excellent service and professional vehicle handovers.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of vehicle ranges, accessories, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, escalating to the Sales Manager where required.
  • Ensure new and used cars are well-presented, appropriately specified, and supported with relevant brochures, price lists, accessories and finance information. Maintain a high‑quality used car display, ensuring vehicles are prepared for display within three working days of arrival (excluding paintwork requirements).
  • Provide reports on sales activities including follow‑up, prospecting, presentations and new customer acquisition, including accurate forecasting where possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and expenditure, ensuring timely and precise completion of all sales and financial documentation.
