Role: Strategy and Growth Lead

Salary: Up to £50,000 + discretionary bonus (up to 20%)
We’re looking for a Strategy and Growth Lead to help shape the next phase of growth for a forward-thinking financial planning practice. This is a future-focused role where you’ll design and implement the systems, structures and initiatives needed for sustainable growth and exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with the leadership team to turn ideas into action, lead strategic projects and ensure the business evolves in line with ambitious long-term goals.

What you will do
- Develop a strategic roadmap and translate long-term goals into quarterly and annual priorities.
- Build structured, scalable systems that support growth and stronger client relationships.
- Lead forward-looking projects across multiple teams and external partners.
- Create tools, templates and processes that enhance adviser capability and client delivery.
- Oversee marketing, events, partnerships and outreach alongside external brand partners.
- Support strategic decision-making with clear insights and recommendations.
- Introduce new tools and methods that position the business for success over the next 1–3 years.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your background might include:
- Strategic Planning and Growth: Experience creating business roadmaps, setting priorities and aligning teams around long-term goals.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met.
- Operational Improvement: Familiarity with building scalable systems, processes and tools that improve efficiency and client experience.
- Marketing and Partnerships: Exposure to marketing strategy, events and external partnerships
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyse information, identify trends and present clear recommendations to leadership.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in financial services, consulting or other professional services sectors is a plus, but not essential.
- Mindset and Attributes: Collaborative, low-ego, proactive and comfortable working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial setting.
