The client is seeking senior level professionals with experience overseeing operational strategy, process improvement, workflow optimization, and cross functional leadership. Candidates should demonstrate strong decision making, the ability to lead teams through change, and a track record of improving operational outcomes in complex environments.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or related industrial environments are strongly encouraged to apply. This position may be worked remotely with occasional travel required for site visits, leadership meetings, or operational reviews.
Key Areas of Impact
- Support profit and loss management through operational efficiency, resource planning, and performance improvement
- Guide operational strategy across multiple business units and multi-site environments
- Lead safety‑focused operational practices and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Enhance performance and alignment across cross functional departments
- Implement scalable processes, workflow improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthen workforce engagement, leadership development, and team performance
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve service delivery across operations
- Support organizational growth, change management, and operational readiness
- Oversee KPI development, performance tracking, and operational reporting
- Manage vendor, supplier, or partner relationships to support operational goals
- Leverage experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, or industrial services environments
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership
- Experience at the Director, Senior Director, VP, or Executive level
- Proven success improving operational efficiency and cross functional workflows
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or related industrial environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead teams through change
- Experience in multi-site, multi department, or high growth environments
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications strongly preferred
- Safety, compliance, or industry‑specific certifications are a plus
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $190,000 annually
- Bonus: Competitive annual performance bonus
- Total compensation will be aligned with experience, leadership scope, and industry background.
