The Role

We’re building a collective of forward-thinking Digital Marketing Executives — professionals who blend creativity with data, instinct with insight. You’ll be responsible for shaping full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Plan and activate paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Support SEO, content, and email strategies that nurture long-term communities.
• Analyse performance dashboards and translate numbers into stories the team can act on.
• Collaborate with creatives to ensure visuals and copy connect to metrics that matter.
• Report on ROI, CPA, and audience behaviour, suggesting optimisation ideas every week.

You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of hands-on campaign experience within an agency or in-house environment.
• A good grasp of analytics, attribution, and tag-tracking tools.
• Curiosity for new trends — whether it’s AI-driven personalisation or the next platform taking over.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• A desire to work with brands that champion culture and inclusion.
