Job Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of bridging cases, prioritising tasks efficiently. Underwrite bridging loan applications within company lending criteria. Maintain high levels of communication with brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors. Ensure excellent customer service both internally and externally. Collaborate with departments such as sales, compliance, finance, and collections. Think creatively to overcome potential problems without adding risk. Stay up to date with best practices and regulatory requirements. Represent the company at events as required.
