Your Role as a Business Development Manager:

Experience
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years experience within the industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Growing the intermediary network and turning relationships into long-term partnerships.
- Training and educating brokers on lending products and packaging requirements to improve submissions.
- Hosting meetings, industry events, and social activities to build trust and rapport.
- Collaborating with the Sales Director to refine processes and deliver exceptional results.
- Supporting the design and launch of innovative solutions in the Bridging Finance and Development Finance sectors.
- This is a home- and field-based role, giving you the flexibility to manage your time while staying closely connected to key stakeholders.
